Phoenix Feather Lines in a Plaster Silicone Mold
Phoenix wing and tail lines are a release path, not decoration added later. The short is that plaster well. Villa captions on the clip are not a quote.

On this page
Tail barbs and wing lines are where a phoenix cavity either reads or tears. The short below is that well in a square silicone mold, backlit. Captions about villas and cars are jokes on the video. They are not WYD terms, not a price, and not a delivery promise.

The phoenix well

The frame is a circular phoenix in a square block. Use it to judge how fine the feather field is. Do not scale a phone photo of the short into a finished millimeter size. Send the size you need.
Feathers fail in two directions
- Too shallow: the wing becomes a smooth fan after demold.
- Too deep or too hooked: plaster locks, and the line rips out of the silicone.
- A seam through the face: you see it on every cast. Place the split off the reading surface when a split is required.
We would not recommend a softer mold as the only fix. Geometry usually has to change first. This is a craft plaster tool on custom craft silicone molds, not an FDA discussion.
Do not order the whole set by accident

The phoenix sits with dragon, tiger, and crane on the relief-set case. The paired dragon-and-phoenix short is one well, two animals. Ask for the phoenix alone if that is the SKU. For applicable small-batch mold programs, MOQ starts from 20 pcs per design. Send the phoenix art and the size.
FAQ
Are the red captions part of the specification?
No. Ignore them. Send dimensions and quantity in the email.
Is this mold for candles?
The published job is plaster. A wax phoenix is a different release and a different page.
Can the feathers be shallower to demold faster?
Shallower releases easier and reads worse. We review that trade on your art, not as a default.
Do you already have this exact phoenix in stock?
The short shows a mold from this family. Your size and quantity are still a quote.
Where are the other animals?
On the relief-set case, plus the crane and paired-well shorts linked above.
Ready to order custom silicone molds?
Send your drawing, sample or project requirements for DFM and quotation.
