Stage
Engineering / quotation
WYD quotes RTV on this site. This job is not a finished production trophy. At the archive stage it was size-family review and quotation. The buyer sent paired inner/outer STEP so wall and envelope were explicit. Shore A and a single cavity height were not locked for public use. Matte vs glossy master was split on the quote.
Family references in the file set (project-specific, not a catalog): hexagon 15/17, 20/22, 25/27 cm inner/outer; arch 28+18 / 30+20 and 23+16 / 25+18; emerald 22+15 / 24+17 and 30+22 / 32+24; left/right bookends; squares roughly 15/17 through 25/27 cm.

Build a matrix before you price silicone
Shape, inner, outer, height, finish, split, how many RTV copies per master. Missing height is a cost hole: a deep block uses more master time and silicone than a shallow tray with the same plan view. We will not invent a height from a screenshot.
What to send
- Inner and outer STEP (or wall thickness written next to the cavity solid)
- Size matrix, cavity height per SKU, matte vs gloss on the master
- How many silicone copies you need to start vs later
FAQ
Was this a finished production order?
Not in the files we publish. Engineering and quotation. Photos show family geometry, not a completed SKU list shipped.
Do you send RTV quotes off this site?
No. RTV and HTV RFQs stay on wydsilicone.com.
Why no Shore A?
It was not locked in the archive. Copying a food-tray Shore onto a deep resin block is a new DFM.
