Custom Molded Silicone Products OEM

WYD develops and manufactures custom molded silicone products for brands, engineers and purchasing teams.

We support product development from drawing, sample or concept through DFM, prototyping, production tooling and repeat manufacturing.

Core processes include HCR/HTV compression molding, LSR injection molding, silicone overmolding and related silicone manufacturing.

Choose the Manufacturing Process

HCR/HTV Compression Molding

For many molded silicone products, trays, seals, covers and robust components.

LSR Injection Molding

For products where liquid injection, material choice, fine geometry or production volume justify the process.

Silicone Overmolding

For silicone integrated with plastic or metal inserts.

RTV Silicone Mold Making

WYD also manufactures RTV silicone casting molds. This is a separate product route. WYD’s OEM hub focuses on finished silicone manufacturing while still quoting RTV when the purchased item is a casting mold.

From Design to Production

  1. Send 3D file, drawing, sample or concept
  2. Confirm function and material requirement
  3. DFM
  4. CAD development if needed
  5. Prototype
  6. Production tooling
  7. First-article approval
  8. Repeat production
  9. QC and packaging

Why Prototype?

The prototype should prove the highest-risk item, for example:

  • fit
  • hardness
  • sealing
  • surface finish
  • color
  • button feel
  • insert retention
  • dimensional consistency
  • loaded stiffness
  • product function

Have a Drawing, Sample or Product Idea?

Send your current file, expected quantity and the main function the silicone part must perform. We will identify the correct molding route and the information still needed before tooling.

MOQ, prototype timing and tooling cost are project-based for finished OEM products.
