Figures on this page are CAD only. We are not claiming poured production pads. Customer PDFs named three families at about 75 x 75, 50 x 50 and 35 x 40, with silicone wall 2 mm or 2.5 mm. The shop built STP solids so pull, blends, draft and outside support could be argued in 3D. Jacket vs floppy skin was still open. Shore A was not locked.

0.5 mm wall is not a rounding error
Across a large architectural skin, 2 mm vs 2.5 mm changes silicone volume, tear, flex, handling weight and sag when filled. Convert PDF to STP before you buy silicone kilograms. If the sheet will be heavy, plan a rigid jacket in the same review — not after the first pour pancakes.
What to send
- PDF or STEP for every pad size that must share handling rules
- Chosen wall (2 vs 2.5 mm here), pull direction, jacket yes/no
- Cavity count per size if you already have a plant preference

Can we mix 2 mm and 2.5 mm in one family?
You can, but operators will feel it. This review wanted one rule.
