Flood-and-scrape gummy molds vs a deposit pattern

Flood-and-scrape is a day type: you flood the sheet and scrape to a plane. A deposit pattern is a different day: nozzles hit pockets. If you RFQ a scrape tray with depositor language, we will ask which day you actually run. This page does not teach pitch or nest millimetres. Copacker handoff stays thin - who owns the line still needs a nest PDF if deposit is coming.

WYD (Room 201, Building N, Licheng Technology Industrial Park Phase III, Xinhe Avenue, Shajing, Baoan District, Shenzhen, since 2006): CAD about $50, prototype 3-7 business days after CAD lock, soft-tray MOQ 20. Deposit geometry: /depositor-compatible-gummy-molds/. Brand↔copacker files: /copacker-depositor-gummy-molds/.

Brand floods in R&D. Copacker will deposit on a nest you have not seen. We lock a scrape-capable tray, keep first-cavity datum in CAD, and wait for their PDF before calling it machine-fit.

Scrape-day FAQ

Can the same tray do flood-and-scrape and a depositor?
Sometimes, if you named both on the RFQ. A scrape-plane tray is not automatically nozzle-ready. If the copacker will deposit later, say so before CAD lock.
What is the CTQ on a scrape day?
A stable working plane, rim that holds the flood, and a scrape direction the operator can repeat. Pitch is the wrong first line.
The copacker floods by hand today and may deposit next year?
Write both. Thin procurement notes live here; nest PDF and who signs first article go to /copacker-depositor-gummy-molds/.
MOQ and sample?
Soft-tray MOQ 20 after approval. CAD about $50 when the model needs lock. Prototype commonly 3-7 business days after CAD lock.

Scraper direction and rim if you flood. Nest PDF if you deposit. Do not send one photo for both.
