Send your drawing, 3D file, reference images or product sample together with the application and expected quantity.
WYD can review RTV silicone molds, HCR/HTV compression-molded silicone molds and products, LSR molded parts, overmolded silicone components, custom silicone tubing/profiles and OEM silicone products.
If the design is incomplete, send what you currently have. We will identify which details are required before tooling.

Tell us what you need to manufacture.
The first review is used to identify the manufacturing route and the missing decisions before a meaningful quotation can be prepared.
For a custom silicone mold, include what you will cast, deposit, freeze or bake; the desired cavity or finished shape; overall dimensions; mold quantity; and any tray, rack, oven, freezer or depositor limits.
For a finished silicone part, include the part drawing or sample, required function, mating components, expected quantity, material or hardness requirement and any target-market documentation.
You can start with a STEP/STP/STL file, drawing, physical sample, artwork or clear reference images. If the geometry is not production-ready, we will separate free DFM observations from any paid CAD or 3D-development work required before tooling.
The reply should clarify
Custom silicone mold production MOQ is 20 molds per design. Prototypes are commonly 3-5 business days after CAD approval for suitable projects. Exact tooling, sample, production and delivery timing is confirmed from the actual project. Shipping is separate.
A clear process from your first inquiry to production. Typical timelines may vary depending on design complexity, material, quantity, revisions, and manufacturing method.

1–3 Business Days
CAD and DFM typically take 1–3 business days once the brief is clear enough to start. Complex sculpting is quoted by scope.
Typically 3–5 Business Days
After CAD approval, a prototype typically takes 3–5 business days for dimensional, surface, demolding, and functional checks.
After Sample Approval
Small batch typically 2–3 business days after sample approval. Standard production typically 7–10 business days after approval. Large or complex projects: timeline confirmed by project.
Tell us your required delivery date when submitting your RFQ. Faster schedules may be available depending on the project.
Timelines are typical planning estimates and may vary with design complexity, revisions, material, tooling method, quantity and testing requirements. Shipping/transit time is separate.
If your design is not production-ready, we can quote the required modeling or engineering work after reviewing the project.
Simple CAD/model adjustments may be around US$50, while complex sculpting, reverse engineering or product development is quoted by scope.
DFM review and CAD creation are different services.
If you prefer to put confidentiality in place before sharing full files, tell us in the project description.
We can review NDA/NNN requirements before detailed design disclosure.
We review the project information first. If dimensions, material, tooling route or application details are missing, we will reply with the specific questions needed for an accurate quotation.
