Earlier files sat next to Revision 4. That is how steel gets cut to last month's hole. The live pack was the matching Rev 4 PDF and STEP. Notes: remove flash, break edges 0.1-0.3 mm, keep the Ø1.4 mm to Ø3.1 mm stack concentric, max offset 0.05 mm, keep elastic return. Sample order: 10 pcs each at Shore A 30, 40 and 50. Production Shore is not locked in the archive we can publish. MOQ 5,000 is a planning number for this dome program — not WYD's soft-tray MOQ 20.
PDF notes and STEP have to be the same rev
2D carries flash and concentricity that a screenshot of the solid will miss. STEP carries the faces you actually tool. If they disagree, stop before steel. Hardness lots then let the buyer feel actuation — compression force, rebound, thin-feature stability — without guessing from a catalog durometer chart.
