RTV Silicone Molds for Custom Chocolate
An RTV chocolate mold is a casting skin, not a steel depositor tool. The short is that path. Send bar size, cavity count, and your artwork.

A short bar on a black board does not tell you if the mold is RTV, a compression tray, or a polycarbonate tool. The clip below is the WYD short for custom chocolate molds on an RTV path. A white-coat frame is not your temper trial and not a certificate.

The channel clip, not a lab report

Use it to start the chocolate-mold conversation. Do not read plain bars in the frame as your logo, your weight, or a food-contact report. The product page is custom silicone chocolate molds. Floral relief from a different short is its own cavity problem.
When RTV is the chocolate tool
- You need a flexible skin to release a logo, a shape, or an undercut a rigid mold locks.
- Cavity count is still modest, or you are proving the bar before a larger tray.
- You can send a master, a STEP, or artwork we model. Standard/simple 3D modeling can start from USD 50 per design.
The making steps sit on RTV mold making. Food-contact material and test documentation may be available depending on the selected material and destination market.
When we push back

We would not recommend an RTV skin as the answer for a high-speed line that already has a steel or polycarbonate spec. Say if you need a compression tray instead: compression molding. For applicable small-batch mold programs, MOQ starts from 20 pcs per design. Send bar size, cavity count, and artwork.
FAQ
Do you sell food-grade as a sticker?
No. Ask for the document that matches the compound and the market. The short is not that PDF.
Is RTV the same as a chocolate tray we deposit into?
Not always. RTV here means the flexible mold you pour or deposit into. A molded silicone article is a different quote.
Can you match the bars in the video?
Send your size. We do not copy a frame into a cavity.
Who approves the 3D before you pour silicone?
You do. We do not treat a concept render as a release to make the mold.
What starts the clock?
CAD approval. Prototype timing on suitable projects is typically 3-5 business days after that approval.
Ready to order custom silicone molds?
Send your drawing, sample or project requirements for DFM and quotation.
