A Flex Demo Is Not a Mold Specification
Stretching silicone over a tank does not set Shore, tear life, or paperwork. The short is a flex frame. Send the part or the pour before we quote.
Buyers see a strip stretched over a tank and read it as proof the mold will last. It does not. The short below is a WYD channel flex frame. On-screen words about flexible and durable are not a hardness, a cycle life, or a certificate.
What the flex frame is
The frame shows rubber bending and water running off. Use it only as a reminder that a casting mold has to peel. It is not the Bao'an press list, not your cavity, and not a lab method.
What it does not prove

We would not recommend approving a tool because a demo piece stretched. The route still splits: RTV when you cast into a skin, compression when we mold the silicone article or tray.
What actually sets the mold
Send the drawing or sample, the material you cast or the article you want molded, and the quantity. For applicable small-batch mold programs, MOQ starts from 20 pcs per design. Email the file.

Is the piece in the tank a food mold?
The frame does not say that. Name chocolate, wax, soap, resin, or plaster.
Can you match the hardness shown?
There is no hardness in the clip. We set it after the release path is known.
Does water on the rubber mean it is waterproof in service?
No. Service temperature, chemistry, and contact time are RFQ fields.
Is this the factory tour?
It is one flex frame on the channel. A walk-through is a different short.
